As Head of Digital Media Studios, Pasa has been instrumental in the development and delivery of ground breaking new online formats such at Bebo’s The Gap Year and music show Beat for Bebo and Samsung.
Pasa was also behind critically acclaimed online drama for MSN, Kirill, which won a Webby earlier this year. Pasa joined Endemol in 2002 working across the big reality shows, such as Big Brother, Fame Academy and The Salon producing spin off content that was relevant to mobile and digital audiences including delivering the first ever tv show to mobile winning multiple awards and a bafta nomination. Prior to joining Endemol, Pasa worked as an Interactive Producer and Cameraman for Flextech Television. There he set up pioneering live streaming and interactive website content for Flextech’s teenage channel, Trouble. He also was the site producer for icollector.com, implementing the first ever live internet auctions through auction houses and Ebay simulataneously.
