Tom’s 14-year career started in games and post-production. After becoming a developer during the dot-com era, he was one of the first specialists in creating data-driven and multi-user Flash applications. In 2003 he co-founded Monterosa with the ambition to bridge the gap between the entertainment and online worlds. Monterosa developed the online components to a string of prime-time BBC gameshows such as Test The Nation. Today the London-based team works with broadcasters, media companies and brands to create realtime social applications. As Creative Director, Tom leads the company's concept development and business strategy.
